Serzone

Serzone (Nefazodone Hydrochloride) is an antidepressant drug approved by the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) in 1994. In 2001 after many liver failures were linked to Serzone, FDA sent a black-box warning notice to Bristol-Myers Squibb Co., the manufacturer of Serzone.

This notice required Bristol-Myers to place a black-box label on the drug. A black-box is a black line surrounding a section of the label. This black-box label is placed only on the most seriously dangerous drugs.

If you or a loved one has suffered a liver damage or died while using Serzone, our personal injury lawyers may be able to recover monetary damages for you.
